3. No Guarantee of Regulatory Outcome

While we support providers to prepare for audits, registration, renewal, and ongoing compliance, we do not guarantee:

  • Registration approval
  • Audit outcomes
  • Regulatory decisions by the NDIS Commission or Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission

Regulatory decisions are made independently by authorised bodies.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information
  • Implement recommendations provided
  • Maintain compliance on an ongoing basis

We are not responsible for outcomes arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information supplied by you.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees for services will be agreed in writing prior to commencement. Payment terms must be met as outlined in your engagement agreement or invoice.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, documentation, templates, training content, and resources provided remain the intellectual property of Provider Success, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may use provided materials internally for your organisation only. Redistribution or resale is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of our services or website.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and handle it in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except where disclosure is required by law.

9. Website Use

You must not:
